SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Currently, due to the difficulties in shipping alcohol internationally, we only ship to Hong Kong and Macao. If you wish to ship internationally, please DM us @basenotestudio on instagram, we will try to arrange one-off international shipment.
All regular orders will be processed & dispatched within 1-2 business days.
We ship Monday to Friday from 1-7pm, public holidays excluded
1-3 Business Days via SF Express
We offer free shipping to Hong Kong & Macao for all orders.
For now, we only accept exchanges if the product you receive has manufacture defects or is incorrect.
Examples:
- The spray head do not work
- Broken bottle
- You ordered { first date } but you received { santal skin }
- You ordered 2 bottles but only received 1 bottle
In the above cases, please email basenotestudio or send a DM to us on Instagram @basenotestudio. We will provide instructions on how to exchange the products.
Refused packages
We are not responsible for refused packages and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient(e.g. mistyped address). Please ensure that the postal address, email address and phone number provided at checkout are correct. If you found out that the information you provided is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to contact the courier.
