WHERE DOES BASE NOTE STUDIO SHIP TO?

Currently, due to the difficulties in shipping alcohol internationally, we only ship locally to Hong Kong and Macao. If you wish to have your perfume shipped internationally, please DM us via instagram @basenotestudio. We will try our best to make it happen!.

HOW LONG IS PRODUCTION TIME?

- All regular orders will be processed & dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- We ship Monday to Friday from 1-7pm, public holidays excluded

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

- Free shipping via SF Express to Hong Kong and Macao

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

- 1-3 Business Days via SF Express

RETURNS

- For now, we only accept returns if the product you receive has manufacture defects or is incorrect
- In the above cases, please send a DM to us on Instagram @basenotestudio.
- You will be asked to send us the product with the original packaging via SF Express. Shipping will be paid by us.

ADDRESSES

Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

Please ensure that the postal address and email address provided at checkout are the correct addresses.
